Make time for your creative spirit!

Step aside from this month’s hustle and bustle to take a deep breath, relax and reflect on the truly greatest gifts of the season and beyond. Join like minded souls to gather, create, and recharge. Using mixed media art materials, and a touch of guided inspiration, participants will take time to express the inner riches of their hearts. This class meets every month, and the theme for December is “Precious Present” where the idea of blessings and gifts of the heart will be explored.

Holiday gift and ornament making workshop

Get festive, inspired, and into the creative spirit, while making special gifts and memories. The studio is warm and cheerful, with plenty of space to spread out, and all the supplies and tools you could desire. As always, we offer just enough gentle encouragement and assistance to make making art lots of fun for everyone! Quality art and craft materials and beautiful project ideas will be available to spark your imagination. Birch bark and glass marble painted ornaments, wooden picture frames and lovely scented Holiday sachets’ are just a few of the enticing options that will be on hand to get you started. Participants take it from there, to make it their own, one of a kind creation.

This is a great chance to pause for meaningful celebration, a perfect family outing activity, or a great opportunity for parents to get those errands done while the children have fun making gifts they will be proud to give. Hand made gift wrapping options will be part of the experience and will help ease Holiday preparations and ensure the element of surprise for lucky gift recipients!

A perfect moment for teachers, if you need to try out a visual art component for a unit you’re planning. An easy place and time for artists to work on your projects within a positive & encouraging environment.

After School Art     Wednesdays, 3:30-5:30

Grades 1-6. $55 for a four- week block, or $15/class
