Give Yourself a Hug!
Ok we are definitely in the thick of winter here, so if, by chance, you are feeling a bit of the doldrums, you are invited to indulge in a nice dose of restorative self-care at this month’s First Friday. Together we will nurture our selves and each other and create a symbolic personal adornment as a reminder.
